The After School- Home-School Program:

Designed with the idea of providing an educational linguistic experience for children who are 5 to 12 years old at their homeschool or after school program. The students are exposed to the practice of not only all the Spanish language skills, but also to the learning of the characteristics of the Hispanic culture through the activities offered in the program. Children are provided with weekly practice activities to reinforce what they are learning.

We give parents digital access to our own videos, voice files, flash cards and pronunciation guides, so they can continue to reinforce what their children have learned in the program at home with their parents. Parents can also encourage their children to watch specific videos before the class to help them get even more out of our programs.

The School and Preschool Spanish Program:

Designed for children 2 -12 years old at their school site, preschool, church or home.

For children the key to our program's success is the interactive format used for teaching the language. Each class starts with greetings. The teacher introduces vocabulary through game play, culturally enriched lessons, and by giving the students the opportunity to participate in authentic activities that are similar to real-life situations. Previous vocabulary is repeated and used in subsequent lessons -- repetition being the key to learning.

We also introduce the children to basic Spanish phonics and grammar such as Spanish letter sounds, Spanish high frequency words, and Spanish pre-reading concepts. The children love the routine.

The teacher uses games, songs, craft and fun TPR (Total Physical Response) techniques to teach and reinforce learning the language.

Parent & Me Spanish Program

This program has been designed for parents and their children (18 months - 3+ years)  to spend meaningful time together learning another language and culture.

We do basic things like numbers, alphabet, colors, body parts, family, etc. We also introduce the children to basic Spanish phonics such as Spanish letter recognition and Spanish letter's sounds

Class can be offered at your home or at our director's home in Sugarland.

Online Classes

Live, interactive Spanish classes lead by native Spanish speaker instructors. 

In this class students will learn or continue learning (depending on their level)  Spanish vocabulary and basic Spanish grammar concepts. 

​The students are exposed to the practice of all the Spanish language skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading).

Children are provided with weekly practice activities to reinforce what they are learning.

We give parents digital access to our own videos, voice files, flash cards and pronunciation guides, so they can continue to reinforce what their children have learned in the program at home with their parents. 

Each week students will increase their knowledge based on what they have learned the previous week.

How Does it Work?

Each month, the program covers a specific content unit that deals with topics related to the age of the participants. Every month, the children receive a "Take Home Information Sheet", which contains information on the material and vocabulary covered during the month. This sheet is intended to provide another source of practice for the children themselves and also an opportunity for the parent to learn with his/her child. All the language skills (speaking, listening; and where applicable, reading and writing) are practiced in each unit.

One of the reasons why our program has been successful is that you do not come to us. We come to you! We offer several alternatives:
 

• You can organize your own playgroup and we'll come to the place of your choice. If you have a group of neighborhood friends we can come to your home, church, club, or even a community park.

• If your child is enrolled in a preschool or day care program have the director give us a call to add Little Spanish Brains  as an enrichment activity for their school - You can also refer a school by clicking below

•  Little Spanish Brains is also offered at the director’s home in First Colony Area/Sugarland

• Parents have access to unit videos that help them to become familiar with the material the children are exposed to every month so that they can support the learning at home.
